The Sneijderhuis was the home of the first president of the Brunanter Republic, Marten Sneijder. It is located in Hillside, Brunantstad and was built in 1416. The house is still owned by descendants of the Sneijder family. It is considered a historic landmark as it is the oldest building in the town.
The house is opened to the public Tuesday-Saturday from 10:00-17:00. The cost is 10 € for adults and 7.50 €/ children and seniors. This fee goes towards the restoration of the house and other local monuments.
