Rudolf Boskerck the Elder (1369-1433) was a Brunanter career soldier and Founding father. Boskerck was born in Rotterdam (Netherlands) and would come to Brunant in the 1420s. Because of his expertise in military leadership he was made a military commander during the Brunanter War of Independence. In 1427 he attended the Convention of Grijzestad and was a signatory of the Declaration of Independence along with his son, Rudolf Boskerck the Younger. He retired from active service after the war and died in 1433.
Boskerck married Luise van Dort and had 4 children:
