The Royal Botanical Gardens are the gardens located at Grijzestad Palace. It was started by the daughters of King Adrian I in the 1620s. It has been opened to the public since 1888, and is a popular tourist attraction in Grijzestad. The Entrance fee is 2 €, and is valid for the whole day. Royal Palace visitors can enter free, and ExploreBT Cardholders enter free.
The gardens are organized into a maze and feature statues, flowers and many plants, both native to Brunant and from elsewhere.
Since 1969, the gardens have been the site of the Brunanter Botanical Show, held in May.
