Roger Cousins

Cousins in 1961

Roger Cousins (1930-1997) was a Brunanter cyclist who raced with Atlantic Cycle and later his own team, Cavall-Cousins. Cousins won the Tour Brunant in 1962 with Atlantic, as well as the Cape Cross-Willemstad in 1959, 1960 and 1961.

Cousins later founded the Cousins team in 1962, eventually being sponsored by Cavall bicycles.

Biography

Cousins was born in Boguestown. His father Gerald was an amateur cyclist in the 1930s and his mother drove an ambulance with the Royal Guard.
