The Havenstad Building is an office building complex in The Port neighborhood of Koningstad, Brunant. It headquarters several companies and organisations, including the Royal Brunanter Football Association and real estate company Mediterranean Brokers.
History[]
The building was built from 2007 to 2010 and was designed by the architectural firm Sully and Nock in a modern industrial style. Financing for the project was provided by several private investors, including the Q Group, which owns half the building.
A cafeteria was added on the ground floor in 2018.
