Eusebius of Toledo (Eusebio; ca. 568 - 611) was a Visigothic military commander.

Biography[]

Eusebius was born in Toledo (present-day Spain) around 565-570, though his tombstone lists 568 as his birth date.

He became one of King Witteric's commanders and an important official in early Brunanter history. Eusebius helped to lead the 604 invasion of Brunant. He then became a military commander on the island until his death in 611. It is believed that Gundemar ordered his poisoning, after his loyal nobles had murdered Witteric.
