The Brunants Markthall is an old market hall located in the town of Brunantstad, Brunant. It was built in Hillside around 1420 and was the center of the weekly Sunday markets until the 1900s. From 1428-1439, this was the seat of government of the Brunanter Republic, as president Marten Sneijder lived nearby. In 1920, it was made a National Monument and in 1937, the markthall was made a museum about the Brunanter Republic.
